Downward Dog Is Now a Delight

"What I have learned is all the other positive effects my new regimen has had on my life: I’m delighted to sift through garment bags of old favorite clothes that I can now wear again; at my last dental appointment my dentist checked my gums twice because he was so surprised at the good change since the last appointment; small muscle pulls that had been bothering me are gone; downward dog in yoga is a lot easier with less weight to heft up; I can get up from the floor more nimbly after playing with my grandchildren.
