EASY Superbowl Pico de Gallo

SERVES 1 | READY IN 10 MINUTES

Combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Pulse until broken down but still chunky. Serve with Sea Salt and Vinegar Crisps and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tomatoes chopped

  • ½ onion chopped

  • ½ cucumber chopped

  • 1 jalapeño chopped

  • 1 sprig of cilantro

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste
